*In the presence of gingival inflammation or periodontal disease, it becomes necessary to perform a deeper cleaning or Scaling and root planing before a regular cleaning can be done. The two cleanings allowed on the plan include Perio maintenance and regular cleanings. Scaling and root planing will be discounted 20% off the usual and customary fees.
